Our tech support is offered in two ways to allow business owners to choose the type of support they need. We can provide maintenance and repair billed by the hour or we can provide a flat rate monthly maintenance plan.
The monthly maintenance plan allows for our technicians to provide proactive support to minimize business downtime. The monthly maintenance also includes an agreed upon amount of on-site and remote system repair not covered by the monthly maintenance.
